You’re Always Welcome at Tides of Change Wellness
Tides of Change Wellness provides a comprehensive DBT program, a comprehensive RO DBT program, as well as traditional outpatient therapy.
We are currently servicing patients in Maryland, and some of our providers are also licensed in Virginia. Patients must reside in Maryland or Virginia.
All of our DBT clinicians are nationally certified and we follow DBT adherence and fidelity protocols.
Services

Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO DBT)
RO-DBT includes individual therapy sessions, skill class and 24 hour on call services.
RO-DBT treatment strategies aim to build:

Emphasis on the importance of authentic emotional expression to build positive interpersonal relationships
Self enquiry into our usual responses
Ability to manage unexpected or challenging feedback
DBT Program
Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) includes individual therapy sessions, family sessions, and skills class. Our DBT program also includes 24 hour on call services and clinical coordination with schools, family and other treatment providers. We have day and evening hours. At Tides of Change Wellness all of the clinicians are clinical social workers and are nationally certified in DBT. We also have 1 therapy dog that is frequently in the office to provide support.
Individual Therapy
Our team has day and evening hours available to provide individual outpatient therapy services. We have telehealth and in person options.
