FAQs
We accept BlueCross BlueShield commercial plans, private pay and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
Our physical location is in Columbia, MD. We also offer telehealth to clients in Virginia and North Carolina.
For DBT services:
We start with a consultation to ensure the perfect fit for our program, followed by an intake appointment and then we start services.
For traditional outpatient services:
We start with a 5-10 minute meet and greet with your clinician. Your first session will be an intake and then begin mental health treatment immediately.

Although our physical office is in Columbia, MD, we also offer virtual services to individuals who reside in Virginia and North Carolina.
While psychiatry services are not offered in-house at Tides of Change Wellness, we collaborate closely with a network of trusted psychiatric providers and can assist in coordinating referrals to ensure clients receive comprehensive, integrated care.
